Teachers need parents to understand that they are educators not baby sitters. Teachers are here to help not to hurt, teachers do the best they can to give students the best education possible. 

Also the parents need to know that they should work with them not against them, it would make life so much easier. 

Parents as partners not prosecutors means they need to work on making the students life better. The teachers are doing their job in teaching the student and helping them understand what is begin taught, the parents need to do the same, they need to be a at home teacher.

The Rules

Ron Clarks rules: #1: We are family

He made this rule number one because it helped the children become one. Family is the most important thing in life. He stressed this rule because he wanted the students to understand that each and everyone of them is important and that they should respect each other because of that. 

Rules in my class room:

1. Give respect to gain respect.

2. Think before you speak

3. Learn something new every day

4. Be honest

5. Be punctual
